Beer Nut Ingredient Kit: Belgian Dubbel

This is a strong (6.7% alcohol) Belgian brown ale with a great head and tremendous character. We use authentic Belgian candi sugar to give it an authentic character. The yeast gives the beer fruity notes common to many Belgian beers.
