Light colored bock. Malty German lager, good amount of body. Origin of the bock centers around Monks brewed in the fall or winter for enjoyment in the spring. (Note: this is a lager style beer, but can be done with a clean-fermenting ale yeast for brewers without temperature control. If you would like ale yeast please make a note on your order.)
