The Beer Nut Kick Ass Porter

This beer has an incredible chocolaty taste which is accented by the Special B. I have been working on this recipe for years and can find no more room for improvement. You'll love it.

* 6 lbs Light Malt Extract & 1 lb Dry Wheat Malt Extract (extract version)
* 1 lb Dingemans' Special B
* 3/4 lb. Dingemans' Chocolate
* 1/4 lb. Dingemans' Roasted Barley
* 1 oz Northern Brewer 8.6% Alpha Acids (boiled for 60 minutes)
* 1 oz Fuggles (added at last 5 minutes of boil)
* White Labs British Ale Yeast
* Bottle Caps ($0.75)
* Priming Sugar ($0.75)
* 2 hop bags and 1 grain bag ($1.50)
