When used as a late addition for flavor or aroma it contributes a distinctive clean citrus and passionfruit character which is more striking and intense the later the addition. Developed and grown exclusively in Australia, Galaxy is late maturing seedless cultivar with a striking flavor characteristic which can contribute artfully to many different beer styles.
