Lemon drop has a huge lemony-citrus aroma when used in late kettle additions or as a dry hop. Some suggest using this hop with restraint as it can quickly become overwhelmingly lemony in excess. A good accent hop when used in combination with others.

It was originally an experimental hop released by HopSteiner in 2012 as #01210.
